This daring process is driven by three major themes today: the theme of ‘relational leadership’ , change driven relationships and ‘self-aware change’
On the theme of ‘relational leadership’ your leadership is driven by your relationship(s), or in other words: how you relate to others. The goal is to find salvation in your leadership, which means that you strive to overcome the polarity that we live in – especially in relationships. This may mean being very confrontational. The inspiration and the will is there, you need your masculine and feminine energies to make it happen.
On the theme of relationships change and transformation drive the way you relate to others and the way you define your relationships. Your relationships will be more ‘process’ oriented than ‘fixed and stable’. Your mind wants to revolutionize your relationship and bring it to a new synthesis. Your feelings look for complete harmony and understanding with your partner. The key lies in letting your love expand unconditionally and thus mastering the balance in your relationship.
On the theme of ‘self-aware change’ it is the expansion of your self-awareness that drives the change. It is calling you to show your deepest essence to the world, which at its heart has the goodness, benevolence, humility and beauty.
